What is experiential theatre?

This is not a traditional theatrical performance. It’s a 360-degree experience where you are led through various public and private spaces, can touch objects, play games and become a part of the story. Think of it as a guided tour where the unexpected is always around the next corner.

If you attended Sweet & Lucky, do not expect the same experience. Travelers of the Lost Dimension explores a new and exciting mode of theatre that relies on imagination, play, lo-fi thrills, and improv-based antics.

How long is the show?

The performance will last roughly 60-80 minutes and will be performed without an intermission. The show will close near Stanley Beer Hall where your ticket gets you a free drink (from a select menu). Afterward, please stay and enjoy food, drinks and shopping inside the Stanley Marketplace and use your complimentary Perk Passport.

Can children attend the show?

Yes they can! The experience is family-friendly. We recommend brave children ages 6+ for this show so they will be able to understand the themes, actively participate in the adventure and hold their attention for approximately 90 minutes. Strollers will not be permitted. All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket (no “babes in arms”).

Can I purchase food and drink on site?

Yes, you can! In addition to the complimentary drink after the experience at Stanley Beer Hall, there are multiple venues at Stanley where you can enjoy food and drinks.

Is there parking?

There are plenty of places to park for free in front of and around Stanley Marketplace. Give yourself a little extra time to find a spot and take a look at the map in your pre-show email beforehand to ensure you know where our crew will start the initiation.

I want to purchase tickets as a gift, but I want the recipient to be able to choose the dates of the show. Do you have gift certificates?

Yes, Denver Center for the Performing Arts gift certificates can be used toward tickets to Travelers of the Lost Dimension. Please be aware: availability is not guaranteed and these shows are expected to sell out very quickly; please plan ahead! A safer bet may be to surprise the recipient with the idea, have them pick a date and purchase the tickets for them.

Where are my tickets?

There are no physical tickets; instead, your name will be on a list at the meeting place. Just in case, everyone in your party should have your order number, which appears in your confirmation email as well as the attached PDF.

I can’t attend the show on my ticket date. Can I exchange my ticket for another date?

If your ticket date is more than 14 days away, you may call the box office to inquire about inventory. If tickets are available for another show, the exchange is subject to a fee and the difference in pricing, should there be any. Unfortunately, due to demand, if your ticket date is less than 14 days away, we are unable to exchange the tickets.

Is there anything I should know/wear/understand before coming to the show?

Yes! Please read the important information and disclaimers about your experience.

Can I get a refund?

All orders are final and all tickets are non-refundable.

I need ASL translation or audio description services. Are these available?

ASL and audio description services will be made available by request. To request these or other ADA services, please contact Patron Services at least 14 days prior to the performance you wish to attend.
